How it Works

Once we receive your inclusions, each and every item is handled with the utmost care and respect and is carefully crafted according to your preferences in order to create a beautiful and unique keepsake you will treasure for years to come!

A Certificate of Authenticity will be provided with every order.

Once you place your order...

Once your order is placed, you will receive instructions for mailing your inclusions to us for crafting.
- If you've opted to receive a Prep Packet, we will ship all the necessary items you will need to package your inclusions.
- The Prep Packet will include a pre labeled mailer for return. as well. Once packaged, Simply drop it in the mail.
Once we receive your inclusions, you'll receive a confirmation message and your order will be placed in que for creation.
Once your order is complete, it will be shipped to the address you provided with your initial order.
A tracking number will be provided.

Warranty & Care

Our jewelry is individually handcrafted, which means that slight variations and natural wear are part of its charm. As such, we do not offer a warranty, but we recommend caring for your precious jewelry according to our care instructions to ensure its longevity
Keep it dry: Avoid wearing your resin jewelry while swimming, bathing, or doing dishes. Prolonged exposure to water can weaken the bond between resin and other materials.
Avoid heat and sunlight: Store your jewelry away from direct sunlight or high heat areas when not wearing.
Store Safely: Keep your jewelry in a soft pouch or box when not wearing to prevent scratches.
Clean Gently: If needed, wipe your jewelry with a soft damp cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or jewelry cleaners.
