How it Works

Each item is carefully crafted according to your preferences chosen during the purchase process and your personal items, once received will always be handled with the utmost care and respect in order to create a beautiful and unique keepsake you will treasure for years to come!

Cremation Ashes

Once your order is received, we will mail out a prep-packet to the shipping address provided during checkout.
Your prep-packet will include everything you need to package a small amount of your beloved pet or family members ashes along with a pre-paid return shipping mailer.
Once we receive the packet back your order will be placed in que while we await your purchased jewelry to arrive.
Once your jewelry arrives, your order will be moved to processing.
Once completed, we will ship your order an provide a you with a tracking number at the email provided.

Breast Milk

Once your order is received, we will mail out a prep-packet to the shipping address provided during checkout.
Your prep-packet will include everything you need to package a small amount of your milk. (You will want to freeze it prior to mailing).
A pre-paid return shipping mailer will be included in that packet.
Once we receive the packet back your order will be placed in que while we await your purchased jewelry to arrive.
Once your jewelry arrives, your order will be moved to processing.
Once completed, we will ship your order an provide a you with a tracking number at the email provided.
