How it Works

Each item is carefully crafted according to your preferences chosen during the purchase process and your personal items, once received will always be handled with the utmost care and respect in order to create a beautiful and unique keepsake you will treasure for years to come!

A Certificate of Authenticity will be provided with each order.

Once you place your order...

Once your order is received, we will mail out a prep-packet to the shipping address provided during checkout.
Your prep-packet will include everything you need to package the necessary amount of your inclusions along with a pre-paid return shipping mailer.
Once we receive the packet back, your order will be placed in que while we await your purchased jewelry to arrive.
Once your jewelry arrives, your order will be moved to processing.
Once completed, we will ship your order to the same address provided at checkout and a provide tracking number will be emailed or texted to you.

Warranty & Care

Our jewelry is individually handcrafted, which means that slight variations and natural wear are part of its charm. As such, we do not offer a warranty, but we recommend caring for your precious jewelry according to our care instructions to ensure its longevity
Keep it dry: Avoid wearing your resin jewelry while swimming, bathing, or doing dishes. Prolonged exposure to water can weaken the bond between resin and other materials.
Avoid heat and sunlight: Store your jewelry away from direct sunlight or high heat areas when not wearing.
Store Safely: Keep your jewelry in a soft pouch or box when not wearing to prevent scratches.
Clean Gently: If needed, wipe your jewelry with a soft damp cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or jewelry cleaners.
