Once we receive your inclusions, each and every item is handled with the utmost care and respect and is carefully crafted according to your preferences in order to create a beautiful and unique keepsake you will treasure for years to come!
A Certificate of Authenticity will be provided with every order.

Once you place your order...

Once your order is placed, you will receive instructions for mailing your inclusions to us for crafting.

If you've opted to receive a Prep Packet, we will ship all the necessary items you will need to package your inclusions.

The Prep Packet will include a pre labeled mailer for return. as well. Once packaged, Simply drop it in the mail.

Once we receive your inclusions, you'll receive a confirmation message and your order will be placed in que for creation.

Once your order is complete, it will be shipped to the address you provided with your initial order.

A tracking number will be provided.
Warranty & Care
Care Instructions
Epoxy inclusion jewelry is durable, but it still deserves gentle care to preserve its clarity, shine, and the integrity of the memorial material inside.
🌿 General Care
• Avoid harsh chemicals — Remove your jewelry before swimming, cleaning, applying lotions, perfumes, or hair products. Chemicals can cloud or weaken epoxy.
• Store safely — Keep your piece in a soft pouch or jewelry box away from direct sunlight to prevent yellowing over time.
• Clean gently — Wipe with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or ultrasonic machines.
💧 Water & Heat Exposure
• Keep dry — While epoxy is water resistant, repeated exposure can weaken the bond or dull the finish.
• Avoid heat — Do not leave your jewelry in hot cars, near stoves, or in direct sunlight for extended periods. Heat can soften epoxy and affect the inclusion.
💍 Wear & Handling
• Remove during impact risk activities — Take off your jewelry during sports, heavy lifting, gardening, or other activities that may cause scratching or cracking.
• Handle with care — Epoxy can scratch if rubbed against rough surfaces.

✨ Gemstone Notes
If your chosen design includes additional gemstones:
• These stones are decorative accents and not covered under warranty.
• Avoid snagging, dropping, or knocking the jewelry, as gemstones may loosen over time.
• If a gemstone falls out, I am unable to replace it due to overseas sourcing.
🛠️ If Your Inclusion Becomes Loose or Damaged
Your epoxy inclusion is covered under warranty. If it becomes loose, falls out, or is damaged:
• Contact me with photos and your order details.
• You may send the piece in for repair or rework.
🚫 Not Covered Under Warranty
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage from misuse, accidents, or harsh chemicals
• Loss of the entire jewelry piece
• Alterations or repairs by anyone other than me
